By accessing or using the Workshoply platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including parents, facilitators, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
Workshoply is an online marketplace connecting parents with facilitators who offer kids activities. We provide the platform for discovery, booking, and payment processing. We are not the provider of the activities themselves.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to book activities or list as a facilitator. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and facilitator confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. Prices displayed include applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Workshoply charges a platform fee on each transaction.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by individual facilitators and displayed on each activity listing. Refunds are processed according to the applicable policy. Workshoply may facilitate refunds but is not responsible for facilitator cancellation terms.
6. Content and Conduct
Users may not post misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Facilitators are responsible for the accuracy of their activity listings. Workshoply reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Workshoply name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Content you submit (reviews, descriptions) grants us a license to display it on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Workshoply is a marketplace platform and does not directly provide activities. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or suitability of activities listed on the platform. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available at this page.
